Text Box: G is for Grand Canyon -  Grade level presentations for kindergarten – 2nd grade are 30-minute multi-sensory experiences.  Barbara reads the alphabet rhymes while wearing an alphabet apron.  Inside the “lettered” pockets are items for the children to discover – copper ore, petrified wood, bola tie, saguaro seeds and more.  Grades 3-6 explore the creative writing process in a 50-minute presentation.  Posters of the original written manuscript through the editor’s revisions are shared.  During the reading of the book, children take a trip through Arizona testing their mapping skills locating sites on a large map.
